I am passionate about food security as a a function of individual health and wellness, local sustainability, and national security. I aim to raise the highest quality beef on pasture as God intended. I sell animals by quarters, halves and whole, custom processed at a local locker, and I value my local customers who are welcome to come see the animals and their living condition, my handling habits, and shake my hand to know where the meat in their freezer comes from.
