At PNW Beef, LLC is family owned and Operated and we are committed to providing beef eaters with USDA-Certified beef that is high-end, sustainable, and—most importantly—delicious. Our outstanding product starts with a dedication to maintaining a high quality, consistent, and happy cattle herd, which we achieve by integrating high-end technology (our optimized feed ration and mixer box) with old-school, low-stress cattle handling (the cowboy way). We believe strongly in sustainability, and work to reduce our impact on the environment by up-cycling local spent grain from breweries and other by-products. Additionally, PNW Beef cattle run exclusively on local pasture, which drastically reduces our carbon footprint, and allows us to still move our cows the old fashion way: with horses and dogs instead of trucks and trailers.  PNW Beef, LLC is a family owned company founded on hard work, strong values, community, environmental stewardship, and the highest animal care.
