Welcome to Spear F Cattle Co! We are a small family farm in Northern Utah. We spent some time living in Las Vegas and wanted to share our delicious beef with our friends in the Vegas area. We make a delivery for shares once a year.

Quality comes first in all aspects of raising our beef. Our cattle are pasture raised in a low-stress environment on grass. Quality animals, quality feed, clean water and easy handling. We start with top quality Angus and Akaushi animals, feed them on good grass and hay, and finish them with grain. Providing quality care and attention to the cattle throughout their lives ensures the best steaks on your plate. Our beef is all natural, with no added hormones, antibiotics, or steroids.

We specialize in top quality beef. Angus has been a standard for quality in America for many years. It’s great tasting, has beautiful marbling, and is tender and tasty. Our foundation cow herd is Angus. We also raise cattle that are an Angus/Akaushi cross. Akaushi is well known for its extreme marbling, making it even more tender and flavorful. We like the Angus/Akaushi cross because it brings the perfect symphony of marbling and meat.

Currently we sell beef shares to the Las Vegas area. All of our meat is processed in a USDA inspected facility.
