Welcome to The Rowdy Roost, your source for responsibly raised farm meats and goods. Founded while under lockdown as an urban backyard experiment with a few chickens, we've since moved far into the idyllic countryside of Guadalupe County onto 20 beautiful acres.

In 2020 when COVID began, we saw people begin to awaken to the fact that there is great value in knowing your local farmer. Since then, the uncertainty of our world has compounded, and with it our commitment to providing families a means of securing their food supply with products that are not only delicious, but ethical in their production.
