Schrader's Acres raises all-natural, pasture-raised beef in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Our cattle graze the fresh, plentiful grasses of the Finger Lakes and get a treat of non-GMO corn raised on our farm every day. This gives the beef a supreme flavor and texture. As our customer Brenda said, "My husband is a carnivore and said this is the best beef he's ever eaten!" We also do NOT use any growth hormones or routine antibiotics, so you can have peace of mind that the meat is safe, healthy, and most importantly delicious!
