We are a family ranch located in the Yampa Valley of Colorado. We uniquely pasture grain our beef giving it amazing flavor while still passing along the benefits of a grass finished product.
Our grains are locally sourced from neighboring farmers.
We use a local processor and DRY AGE all of our beef.

We also occasionally sell pork and lamb that is raised by our neighbors!
